Kettle Valley Trestle poster
I painted the image, on which this poster is based, before this trestle – and all the Kettle Valley trestles – were destroyed by the Okanagan Mountain Park wildfire of 2003.
Hearbroken by this tragic event and by the loss of such historic architectural beauty, I chose this painting to use as the basis for a poster that I could sell to help raise funds for the rebuilding of the trestles. All of the money raised from the sale of these posters at that time was donated to the restoration efforts.
